Please review the following terms carefully. They govern your use of Online Savaari's platform and services.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Online Savaari regarding your use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and offline booking services.
By accessing or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
The User must be at least 18 years of age and must possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement with Online Savaari. If you are using the services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the legal guardian or parent and accept full responsibility for the minor's use of the platform.
Travel Agents or any other business entities booking on behalf of their customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their customers are aware of and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Online Savaari shall not be held liable for any failure on the part of the Agent to disclose these terms to the end user.
Online Savaari acts only as an intermediary between the user and the service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any service provider.
Users are advised to check the description of the services carefully before making a booking. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the description.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Must contain alphanumeric characters and special symbols.
We recommend enabling 2FA for all high-value transactions.
Online Savaari reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions.
The User expressly undertakes to provide Online Savaari with only correct and valid information. Any default on the part of the User would lead to the cancellation of the booking.
Refunds are subject to the service provider's policy and our convenience fees are non-refundable.
Most refunds are processed within 7-14 working days after successful cancellation.
Online Savaari's employees or agents will never ask for your Credit Card/Debit Card CVV or OTP. Do not share these details with anyone claiming to be from Online Savaari. We are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from such fraudulent activities.
Ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity from the date of return.
Users are responsible for obtaining valid visas. Online Savaari is not liable for visa rejections.
Hikes in tariffs or taxes by airlines or government bodies are to be borne by the user.
Payments must be made through the registered Travel Service Provider account. Third-party deposits are not permitted without prior written approval. Credit facilities, where offered, may require separate security documentation.
Chargebacks, payment reversals, fraudulent transactions and supplier debit memos remain recoverable from the responsible Travel Service Provider. Refunds are subject to supplier rules and may be reduced by applicable fees, taxes or charges.
Refund requests should be raised within 90 days of the travel or check-in date unless a supplier or applicable law requires a different period. Advance balances are non-interest bearing and should be used within 365 days of deposit; unused balances may be placed on hold or forfeited after reasonable notice where permitted by law.
Online Savaari may suspend or restrict access where a breach, financial exposure, fraud risk or regulatory concern exists. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide prior written notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Immediate suspension may be necessary for suspected fraud, criminal activity, security threats, imminent harm, or misuse of inventory. We may cancel affected bookings and recover resulting losses where permitted by law and applicable supplier terms.
Each party must protect non-public technical, commercial, pricing, inventory, booking and traveller information received in connection with the Platform and use it only to perform these Terms. These confidentiality obligations survive termination for three years, except where a longer period is required by law or the information remains a trade secret.
Each party must comply with applicable data-protection law. A Travel Service Provider must obtain valid, informed and specific authority or consent before submitting traveller data, keep it accurate and limited to what is necessary, apply reasonable security safeguards, and notify Online Savaari without undue delay of a suspected breach involving submitted data.
Online Savaari's handling of personal data it controls is described in its Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions. Subject to applicable law, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and courts at New Delhi, India, and proceedings in English.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government orders, sanctions, airport or airline closure, internet or telecommunications failure, or supplier disruption. The affected party should notify the other and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
The User understands that travel during the pandemic carries inherent risks. Online Savaari is not liable for any changes in travel protocols, quarantine requirements, or flight cancellations mandated by government authorities.
